What you'll do

Your role in our team will be to support the management of the fishmonger section, guaranteeing the correct handling, preparation, preservation, and presentation of the product, as well as adequate customer service and compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

As a fundamental part of the fishmonger section, your main functions will be:

Customer Service: Advising on our products, offering solutions to each customer's needs with kindness and professionalism.

Counter Management: Preparation, setup, and replenishment of the counter following quality and freshness standards.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Guaranteeing order, replenishment, and rigorous hygiene of both the sales floor and the work utensils.

Versatility: Performing cross-functional tasks to support the overall operation of the store when necessary.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Basic qualification: ESO Certificate or Intermediate Vocational Training degree.

Professional experience: minimum 6 months in the required position.

- Skill in handling knives, utensils, and tools specific to the fishmonger section.

- Knowledge regarding the handling, preservation, and preparation of the product.

- Knowledge of food handling, allergens, and HACCP regulations (food safety).

What you'll do

Tu rol en nuestro equipo será apoyar en la gestión de la sección de pescadería, garantizando la correcta manipulación, preparación, conservación y presentación del producto, así como una adecuada atención al cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

Atención al Cliente: Asesorar sobre nuestros productos, ofreciendo soluciones a las necesidades de cada cliente con amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Gestión de Mostrador: Preparación, montaje y reposición del mostrador siguiendo los estándares de calidad y frescura.

Mantenimiento y Limpieza: Garantizar el orden, aprovisionamiento y la higiene rigurosa tanto de la sala como de los utensilios de trabajo.

Polivalencia: Realizar labores transversales para apoyar el funcionamiento global de la tienda cuando sea necesario.

What we're looking for

Titulación básica: Título de ESO o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio.

Experiencias profesional: mínimo 6 meses en el puesto requerido.

- Destreza en el manejo de cuchillos, utillajes y herramientas propias de la sección de pescadería.

- Conocimientos sobre manipulación, conservación y preparación del producto.

- Conocimientos en manipulación de alimentos, alérgenos y normativa APPCC (seguridad alimentaria).
