Requirements
What we're looking for
Basic qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training or Compulsory Secondary Education.
Professional experience: Minimum 6 months in the required position.
1️⃣ Experience and dexterity in the handling of knives, utensils, and tools specific to the Butchery section.
2️⃣ Knowledge regarding product handling, preservation, and preparation. In addition to, knowledge in food handling, allergens, and HACCP regulations (food safety).

What you'll do
Your mission will be: To support the management of the Butcher section, guaranteeing the correct handling, preservation, and presentation of the product, as well as adequate customer service and compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Product management: Assist in section setup, handling, maintenance, and preservation of the product.
- Commercial management and customer service: Enhance the customer's purchasing decision through proper guidance, advising on the product and its quality.
- Team management: Direct support to the Section Head and promotion of good internal relations.
- Food Quality and Safety: Expiration date control, cleaning of the section under legal regulations, and proper use of PPE.
