Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree, preferably in Engineering or similar disciplines.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, databases, Power BI, and artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of cost accounting.
- B2 level of English.
- Availability to travel when necessary depending on operations.
We are looking for a person with the capacity to lead through service, develop teams, and combine strategic vision with analysis and a results orientation.
Also, communication and customer orientation will be important.

The role
At Corporación Jiménez Maña we are looking to hire an Operations Manager for our logistics company.
You will play a key role in coordinating our warehouse operations, developing teams, and implementing new projects, contributing to providing a quality service to our customers.
What you'll do
- Ensure the smooth running of processes and logistics operations, driving continuous improvement and aligning center activities with the company's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and support operations teams, promoting their development and an organization adapted to the evolution of the business.
- Guarantee the smooth running of processes, operations, and stock management in the warehouses, seeking efficiency and service quality.
- Define and implement common working models across centers, adapted to their needs.
- Plan and coordinate the opening of new warehouses and the implementation of new clients.
- Prepare and monitor warehouse budgets, analyzing results, costs, and deviations.
- Analyze logistics indicators and promote improvement actions when necessary.
- Ensure the availability and proper management of the necessary resources in each center.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in the analysis and development of proposals for new clients.
- Lead a direct team of between 3-4 people, and an indirect team of more than 60 people.
- Participate in development projects alongside other areas of the Corporation.
- Participation in Management Boards.
- Reporting to the General Management.
How you'll work
- Reference center in the La Isla Industrial Park, Seville, with visits to warehouses, mainly in Seville, Málaga, and Huelva.
- Remuneration in accordance with the responsibility and scope of the position, as well as with the experience and professional career provided.
- Full-time.
- One day of teleworking per week, to be chosen.
