What we're looking for

Education: MECES 1 in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
Administration and support of Remedy ITSM 9.1 and 20.02 environments.
Administration and support of Remedy ARS 9.1 and 20.02 environments.
Report development with Analytics, Reporting Services, and Smart Reporting (20.02).
Administration and configuration of DWP and Smart IT (20.02).
System integration in Remedy environments via REST API, Web Services, and Spoon.
Availability for immediate start.

The role

At Grupo NS we are looking for a Remedy Environment Administrator with experience in administration, analysis, design, development, maintenance, updating, integration, and migration of Remedy ITSM platforms.

The selected person will participate in the management and evolution of these environments, guaranteeing their correct functioning and integration with other systems.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday: two days from 07:00 to 15:00 and two days from 10:00 to 19:00.
Friday: from 07:00 to 15:00.

Work arrangement

Hybrid, with up to 60% weekly teleworking and the remaining 40% working on-site at the client's facilities, in the Plaza de Castilla (Madrid) area.
