Quality and Environment Director: Construction Sector

Do you have experience in roles of responsibility in quality and environment departments in the industrial sector or the construction sector, and are you motivated to join a leading business group?

• Manage the Quality, Environment, and Sustainability areas, reporting to General Management.
• Define and implement corporate policies and strategies across the entire group.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and legal requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and report results to Management.
• Coordinate teams, training, and resource allocation within the department.
• Supervise suppliers and subcontractors regarding quality and sustainability matters.
• Lead sustainability initiatives (carbon footprint, CSR, reporting).
• Represent the company before public bodies and in matters within their scope of action.
• Manage the department's budget and lead the sustainability committee.

• Master's degree or specialization in Quality, Environment, Sustainability, or related qualifications.
• A degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is valued.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in management positions in the fields of quality, environment, and/or sustainability.
• Experience in companies within the construction sector, preferably in construction or development companies.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 26000).
• Bilingual Spanish and a high level of English is valued.
• Residence or availability to relocate to the western area of the province of Barcelona, Tarragona, or Madrid.
• Skills in auditing, communication, and team management.
• Decisive profile, with leadership, analytical skills, decision-making, and results orientation.
