We are looking for a profile with more than 5 years of experience, preferably 10+ years, with solid experience in product management, Agile methodologies, business analysis, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

We are looking for a senior, autonomous, and customer-oriented person, with the ability to connect business needs with the execution of Agile teams.

It will be important to have a strategic product vision, prioritization capacity, and excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

The selected person must feel comfortable making decisions, managing teams, and working in environments where it is necessary to adapt priorities based on user feedback and business evolution.

Essential requirements

• More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar positions.
• Solid experience in Agile Project Management.
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Product Backlog management and prioritization.
• Experience in Product Roadmap definition and monitoring.
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and management.
• Experience coordinating Agile teams and various stakeholders.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and business areas.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Communication and negotiation skills with technical and business profiles.
• Experience in monitoring projects and initiatives.
• High level of English.

At Grupo NS we are incorporating a Product Owner to join various internal projects for a major company in the Transport sector, participating in transformation initiatives and process improvement.

The selected person will be responsible for representing the voice of the customer, defining and evolving the product vision and ensuring that Agile teams deliver solutions aligned with business and user needs.

What will you do?

• Define and communicate the product vision, acting as the voice of the customer and the user.
• Manage and evolve the Product Roadmap according to business needs.
• Lead the Product Backlog, ensuring its continuous prioritization and refinement.
• Capture, analyze, and manage requirements.
• Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure correct execution and monitoring.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, business, and development teams.
• Ensure a shared understanding of objectives, needs, and priorities.
• Validate hypotheses and ideas through continuous feedback and learning cycles.
• Analyze trends, user needs, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives, deliverables, and objectives.
• Participate in product and business decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Facilitate the adoption of Agile best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of deliveries.
• Provide support and mentoring to team members by contributing knowledge and experience.
• Identify problems and propose solutions both within the team and in collaboration with other teams.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and business objectives.
