The role

At Grupo NS, we are looking to hire a BMC Helix Technical Consultant to participate in a high-priority project, collaborating on the implementation, integration, and evolution of ITSM solutions based on BMC Helix.

We are looking for a profile with experience in platform administration, configuration, and integration, as well as knowledge of Pentaho and view creation, capable of providing high-value technical solutions in corporate environments.

Main functions

Implement, configure, maintain, and optimize the BMC Helix platform.
Analyze functional and technical requirements to design solutions adapted to client needs.
Develop proofs of concept (POCs) for the integration of BMC Helix with other tools and platforms.
Design and implement integrations with CMDB and other ITSM environments.
Administer and maintain the platform, guaranteeing its availability and performance.
Model dependencies and relationships between the different infrastructure components.
Develop and customize discovery patterns (TKU).
Analyze information obtained through discovery processes and propose improvements.
Resolve advanced-level technical incidents and participate in the evolution of the platform.
