Essential requirements

• Professional experience in the operation of applications, products, or technical platforms.
• Experience in production environment support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server.
• Knowledge of Linux / Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Knowledge of web servers and middleware, especially:
• Apache
• IIS
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience in management of incidents, changes, and production deployments.
• Experience in monitoring and execution of changes in production environments.
• Experience managing medium and high criticality incidents.
• Capacity to coordinate with different technical teams.
• Capacity for monitoring and control of activities until their complete resolution.
• Experience working with operating procedures and technical documentation.

We are looking for a profile oriented towards the operation of products and applications in production environments, with the capacity to perform technical monitoring, analyze impacts and dependencies, coordinate teams, and provide support for updates, migrations, changes, and production deployments.

The position requires experience working in critical production environments, coordination capacity, and a clear orientation toward service.
