We're looking for someone with a passion for BIM modelling and mechanical building services. These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, Higher Technical Qualification, or equivalent qualification related to construction, engineering, or digital design.
• 2-3 years' experience in Structural BIM Modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for building services projects.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
We also value:
• Experience with Autodesk Forma, ACC, and/or BIM360.
• Experience in international projects or technically complex developments.
• Experience with Navisworks, Solibri, or other BIM coordination tools.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or automation tools.
• Experience creating and managing MEP parametric families.
• Experience with OpenBIM workflows and IFC model exchange.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management principles.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist BIM and Digital Delivery team, and to contribute to the development of high-quality BIM models for HVAC, ventilation, cooling, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems, as well as the production of technical deliverables that support the design and delivery of engineering and construction projects. These responsibilities are aligned with BIM modelling, deliverable production, interdisciplinary coordination, and the implementation of BIM standards.
• Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce drawings, sections, schematics, schedules, and technical documentation derived from BIM models.
• Model HVAC, ventilation, exhaust, cooling, plumbing, drainage, sanitary, fire protection, and other mechanical systems in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate mechanical models with architecture, structures, and other disciplines.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of BIM models.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and quality control processes.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of BIM libraries and families.
• Use automation tools and digital workflows implemented across projects.
