What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Experience in technical project management, maintenance, MRO, and in-service support.
- Experience managing projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, scope, and quality.
- Experience coordinating technical teams and suppliers.
- Experience working directly with clients and monitoring contractual commitments.
- Practical knowledge of maintenance, incidents, repairs, spare parts, obsolescence, and lifecycle support.
- Technical knowledge of the aeronautics, aerospace, avionics, embedded systems, or platform support fields.
- Organized, decisive, and customer-oriented profile, with the ability to simultaneously manage different activities and priorities.
- Experience in defense, military aviation, space, or MRO.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to have
The following will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of ILS, configuration management, or obsolescence management.
- Experience in SLA management, availability KPIs, or fleet support.
- Knowledge of planning tools, ERP, and project management.
- Professional-level English and experience working with international clients or suppliers.

The role

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become an essential part of high-value projects for our customers.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for managing maintenance, support, and lifecycle projects for aeronautical and space systems, equipment, and platforms, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual commitments.
You will serve as the primary point of coordination between the client, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and all other departments involved in service delivery.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing maintenance and support projects for aeronautical and space systems, equipment, and platforms.
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, upgrades, retrofits, and modifications.
- Manage modifications, obsolescence, and system upgrades for systems in service.
- Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Manage day-to-day client relations and contractual compliance.
- Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
- Support the preparation of scope expansions and new requirements identified during contract execution.
How you'll work
- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9 hours per day; Friday, 5.30 hours per day.
- Work model: hybrid, 50% remote work.
- Location: Rivas-Vaciamadrid or Valdepeñas.
