What we're looking for

Experience in managing maintenance or In-Service Support (ISS) projects.
Experience coordinating teams, suppliers and customers.
Knowledge of electro-optical systems, EO/IR, sensors or electronics, preferably within the Defence sector.
Knowledge of maintenance, obsolescence management and lifecycle support.
Professional English proficiency and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

Desirable experience with ILS, SLA, KPIs, ERP and project management tools.

We are looking for a Support Manager - Electro-Optical Systems - Global Opportunity to join our team in Madrid or Valdepeñas, working in a hybrid model.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become an essential part of high-value projects for our customers.

What you'll do

Plan and manage maintenance and support projects for electro-optical systems.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, HW/SW support, repairs and technical assistance.
Manage upgrades, modifications, obsolescence and enhancements to in-service systems.
Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the customer and monitor contractual commitments.
Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
Support the preparation of scope extensions and new requirements identified during contract execution.
