What you'll do

Reporting to the CEO, the selected person will assume responsibility for defining, implementing, and executing the Purchasing strategy in a demanding environment, with high variability in metal and raw material prices, in collaboration with the rest of the company's areas.   • Establish adequate demand and supply planning, reaching consensus with the other areas, adjusting to ensure correct planning based on demand, stock control, production, and supply plans
  • Identify risks and discrepancies between demand and supply plans and proposals, and develop possible plans and scenarios
  • As the person responsible for the execution of purchases, work closely with suppliers (mainly at a national and some international level), negotiating the best possible conditions, making relevant occasional trips, and working with constant closeness and a results orientation
