At Planeta Group, we are looking for a Patient Care Technician for UNIE universities, who will be responsible for providing warm, quality care to patients, professionals, and students, ensuring an excellent experience from the moment they arrive at the center and ensuring the proper functioning of administrative and healthcare processes.

Job Mission

The position holder will be responsible for managing patient reception and care, coordinating the appointment schedule, performing administrative tasks derived from clinical activity, and providing support to the team, ensuring efficient, organized care aligned with the center's quality standards.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

Receive and attend to patients, students, faculty, and collaborators in person, providing warm and professional care.

Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication channels with patients and users.

Organize, confirm, and modify appointments, ensuring proper scheduling of the clinical calendar.

Carry out the patient admission and registration process, keeping documentation and information up to date in management systems.

Resolve issues and questions related to appointments and patient care, referring those inquiries that require intervention by the clinical team.

Provide administrative support to the healthcare team in the daily management of the clinic.

Manage administrative documentation and collaborate in monitoring internal processes.

Requirements
