Service Coordinator

• Hold a valid Security Director TIP.
• Have Personal Security Clearance (HPS).
• Knowledge of security systems and fire protection (PCI).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security services coordination position or similar.
• Organizational, leadership and team management skills.

• Experience in services for Public Administration clients.
• Communication skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Customer orientation and the ability to work in an organized manner.

Seguridad Integral Secoex is selecting a Service Coordinator to join an important service destined for a client in the Public Administration sector in Madrid.

The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing the correct functioning of the service, performing, among others, the following functions:

• Supervise and coordinate the team assigned to the service (security guards and auxiliary staff).
• Manage the documentation generated by the Security Department.
• Administer and supervise existing security systems and means.
• Perform periodic inspections of the service to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Update and maintain post orders.
• Act as an interlocutor with the client and ensure the quality of the service provided.
