Main responsibilities
Administration and maintenance of corporate workstation platforms. Administration of Microsoft Intune/SCCM and management of corporate devices. Management of software distribution, deployments, and updates. Administration of Windows Update for Business and patch management. Creation and maintenance of configuration and compliance policies. Management and administration of GPOs and user and endpoint configurations. Approval and validation of corporate hardware and software. Administration and support of VDI, Citrix, or Azure Virtual Desktop environments. Diagnosis of session, profile, application, and workstation performance issues. Execution of controlled technical changes, migrations, and implementations. Analysis of recurring issues, identification of root cause, and definition of preventive actions.
