IT Support Technician - Contact Center Sector

• Temporary contract for 3 months (with the possibility of a 3-month extension).
• Full-time position at 39 hours/week. Schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (however, due to the nature of the work, working outside these hours may be necessary if a service or action requires it, always with sufficient prior notice).
• On-site work at our Barcelona offices (World Trade Center/Interface/Diagonal/Roc Boronat).
• Salary of €21,000 gross per year.

• Provide first-level technical support to end users in an office environment.
• Maintain and manage the technology of workstations.
• Deploy security policies, updates, and logical security controls.
• Install and configure basic and application software.
• Configure local networks, whether wired, wireless, or hybrid, connected to public networks.
• Install, configure, and maintain multi-user services, applications, and shared devices.
• Assemble and configure computers and peripherals.
• Manage the logistics associated with the installation, configuration, and maintenance operations of microcomputer systems.
• Diagnose system and network malfunctions through functional testing.
• Maintain and configure computer equipment, network electronics, and data communication systems.
• Manage technical incidents and maintenance (email systems, user folders, etc.).
• Resolve technical incidents for the business unit.
• Provide first-line support for software, hardware, laptops, and printers.
• Manage software vulnerabilities.
• Comply with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs), ensuring user satisfaction.

TP Spain is looking to hire an IT Support Technician (on-site) to join its technology team. This position is aimed at professionals with experience in first-level technical support, equipment and network maintenance, and incident management in corporate environments. • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• C2 level of Spanish, minimum B1 level of English.
• - Solid knowledge of:
• Hardware and software.
• Windows and ChromeOS operating systems.
• Administration of local networks in a Windows environment.
• Active Directory and Azure.
• Configuration and management of client applications.
• Antivirus consoles and WSUS.
• Proficiency in internet tools and services.
