The role

A team leader and coordinator is sought to work weekends in 2027, as we work for VW Navarra where a fourth weekend shift is going to be created.

The position consists of guaranteeing the execution of the established processes for the industrial center's operations to achieve the objectives required by the client in terms of both productivity and quality.

What you'll do

Supervising the planning of the industrial operations.
Guaranteeing that the established work procedures are followed.
Supervising the supply of material from suppliers according to the client's operating schedule.
Guaranteeing that the verification of setup work and the verification after a production stop are carried out.
Recording process results, identifying deviations, and following up on corrective actions together with the relevant departments.
Completing and reporting the activity report at the client's request (KPIs).
