• Control of the receipt and unloading of goods.
• Verification of the quantities, quality, and characteristics of the materials received.
• Registration of goods in the computer systems and up-to-date maintenance of stock.
• Management of delivery notes, incidents, returns, and documentation associated with shipments.
• Issuance, printing, and closing of goods outbound documentation.
• Attention and support to carriers regarding routes and documentation.
• Filing and documentary control of logistics operations.
• Coordination with suppliers for waste management and other auxiliary services.

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our Logistics team at our operations located in Lanzarote.

• Intermediate Vocational Training or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar administrative or logistics position.
• Proficiency in computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer orientation and teamwork.

• Knowledge of SAP
• Proactive and resourceful person.
• Customer orientation, both internal and external, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
