We are selecting a Warehouse Manager (M/F) to work in our facilities in Abrera.
· Coordinate and direct the team under their responsibility.
· Establish production plans to achieve a balance between available resources (human and technical) and the commitments made regarding Quality and Service.
· Daily monitoring of manufacturing evolution, ensuring continuity and compliance with deadlines.
· Distribute workloads among the different areas of the warehouse to optimize their utilization.
· Operational-level coordination of all activities of external companies (Waren Filter, maintenance, cleaning, etc.).
· Guarantee the Health and Safety of all personnel under their responsibility.
Collaboration with the client for continuous improvement. Cost reduction.
· Planning, organization, assessment, and analysis of operations carried out in the Warehouse; to identify deviations and set the relevant corrective measures. Implement Objectives and Goals.
