The role

We are Grupo SIFU, a leading Special Employment Centre in the provision of socially responsible Facility Services. With over 25 years of experience and more than 4,500 professionals, 89% with some type of disability, we serve over 1,600 clients and are present in Spain and France.

Do you have previous experience or motivation to work in the field of disability?

We are looking for a proactive person, with teamwork skills, who helps Grupo SIFU workers achieve full labour integration. We need to fill a vacancy for our delegation in TENERIFE with a temporary contract for Sick Leave.

What you'll do

Development of individualized labour integration pathways adapted to people with disabilities who have special difficulties in insertion.
Management of workers with disabilities and their social files.
Visits to work centres. Own vehicle essential for travel.
Monitoring of sick leave.
Control and preparation of documentation and subsequent presentation of reports and subsidies.
Creation and maintenance of relationships with social entities.
Promotion and execution of activities with workers.
Monthly subsidy justification and preparation of annual reports.
Collaboration with Fundación Grupo SIFU projects.
Administrative tasks of the department.
