The role
Do you want to be part of a Support Unit in the Retail sector and contribute to the employability of people with disabilities in our ILUNION stores in Seville, Huelva, and Cádiz?
What you'll do
Attraction, recruitment, and selection of talent.
Social-labor accompaniment and individualized follow-up, detection of needs, design and evaluation of support plans, improvement of job adaptation, and promotion of personal and labor skills
Coordination with internal teams, managers, families, and external entities, participating in meetings and multidisciplinary work
Support in onboarding and job maintenance: welcome, follow-up, detection of training needs, and preparation of reports
Visits to workplaces for follow-up, detection of incidents, and coordination with managers and clients
Participation in external actions: fairs, events, job orientation, and support for talent acquisition
Administrative management: registration in SAP, preparation of reports, and compliance with procedures
How you'll work
Other requirements
Availability to travel in Seville, Huelva, and Cádiz
Visits to each province at least twice a year
Driving license and own vehicle are valuable
