• Review of offers, comparison of proposals, and presentation of reports.

• Personalized follow-up and attention to the client portfolio, both in person, by telephone, and via email.

• Administrative tasks inherent to the position.

• Document management: Organizing received documentation and ensuring it is properly stored in client files.

• Control of receipts and unpaid items: Managing returned receipts and coordinating unpaid items with the internal department.

• Requesting documentation: Requesting and following up on pending documentation from external collaborators.
