What we're looking for

Hold a degree in Architecture (MECES level 3) or a Degree in Architecture (MECES level 3) or a Degree in Architecture or Fundamentals of Architecture + Official Master in Architecture (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
At least 1 year of experience under an employment contract in the practice of the profession of architect
Type B driving license (Valid in Spain and in force)
Basic level proficiency in Autocad (will be verified during technical assessment)
Basic level proficiency in Excel (will be verified during technical assessment)
Basic level proficiency in Word (will be verified during technical assessment)
Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time within the Community of Madrid

Nice to have

Accredited complementary training in project management of works
From 1 year to 5 years of experience in project design and/or monitoring of rehabilitation or repair works, as an Architect (experience under an employment contract)
From 1 year to 5 years of experience in project management or technical assistance for works in existing buildings (experience under an employment contract) (will be verified during technical assessment)
Availability for immediate start (15 days from the resolution of the process)
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software (Will be verified during technical assessment)
Experience under an employment contract in the drafting of tender specifications for/to the Public Administration

The role

Architect - Building Portfolio Management (Madrid)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Architect or Graduate + Official Master in Architecture to provide support in Building Portfolio Management, in the Community of Madrid.

What you'll do

Drafting of preliminary studies for the subsequent contracting of project design services, Project Management, works, and industrial equipment supply
Support in the drafting of technical specifications for the contracting of project design, Project Management, and works contracts
Drafting of documentation for requesting quotes for the subsequent contracting of project design, Project Management, construction works, and industrial equipment supply services.
Drafting of technical documentation to serve as support for Award Reports for projects, project management, and works.
Monitoring and control of the execution of contracts for project design, Project Management, works, and industrial equipment supply
Preliminary studies and technical proposals for the acquisition and supply of industrial equipment
Site visits during the execution phase
Drafting of proposals for technical documentation necessary for the contracting of minor works

How you'll work

Community of Madrid
Frequent travel to properties located at different points within the Community of Madrid will be necessary.
We offer:
- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
- Full-time employment
