Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in Technical Architecture, Platform Engineering, or AI Architecture roles, participating in the design and implementation of corporate artificial intelligence platforms.

• Solid experience in hybrid environments, both Cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and On-Premise (Kubernetes, VMware), with a vision for complex enterprise architectures.

• Experience in the design and implementation of self-service AI platforms, including AI Gateway, credential management, model routing, quota control, and cost optimization.

• Advanced knowledge of agentic architectures, including agent orchestration, context management, tool integration (MCP, Function Calling), and RAG patterns.

• Experience in Harness Engineering, designing secure, traceable, and reproducible execution environments for AI agents.

• Knowledge of AI model governance and lifecycle, quality assessment, traceability, and control of the use of approved models.

• Experience in AI-applied security: prompt injection, protection against data leaks, execution isolation, and management of associated risks.

• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and economic control of model and agent consumption.

• Experience integrating AI capabilities within the software development lifecycle through CI/CD, IaC, and Kubernetes.

• Ability to work in a team and effective communication with architecture, platform, development, security, and business teams.

Nice to have

• We will especially value previous experience in banking environments or highly regulated sectors.

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• Knowledge of the regulatory framework related to AI and the financial sector: EU AI Act, DORA, third-party risk management, and model providers.

• Experience in MLOps or LLMOps, including deployment of proprietary or self-hosted models, fine-tuning, and artifact management.

• Experience in multiple technological environments within the corporate ecosystem (Cloud, On-Premise, and Mainframe).

• Knowledge of integrating AI capabilities on Mainframe environments and legacy systems.

• Experience driving the adoption of AI tools for developers at an organizational level.

• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, observability, cloud platforms, and distributed architectures.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Previous experience in banking or highly regulated environments.

The role

What you'll do

• Design and evolution of the Corporate AI Platform: Define, build, and evolve a platform that allows teams to develop, deploy, and operate AI systems and agents autonomously, securely, and traceably.

• AI Platform Architecture: Design the components for model access and mediation, usage governance, cost control, and observability capabilities over the organization's technological ecosystem.

• Agentic Systems Design: Define agent architectures based on advanced orchestration, context management, tool integration, and RAG patterns for various corporate use cases.

• Harness Engineering: Design and build execution environments for AI agents, guaranteeing isolation, appropriate permissions, verifiability, and reproducibility of results.

• AI Governance and Security: Define technical controls and supervision mechanisms that ensure regulatory compliance, traceability, and risk management in the use of generative models and agents.

• AI Integration into the SSDLC: Incorporate AI capabilities within the development lifecycle through DevOps best practices, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Architecture and Construction: Actively participate in both the architectural definition and the implementation of the solution, ensuring consistency between design and execution.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work together with architecture, engineering, security, platform, and development teams to drive the adoption of AI capabilities at an enterprise scale.

• Product Orientation: Manage the platform as an internal product, understanding its users' needs and continuously evolving it to maximize its adoption and business value.

How you'll work

✅ 100% Remote

✅ 26 days of annual leave (22 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 24 and 31 December as company holidays by default)

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
