Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent training.
Minimum of 5 years of experience performing Construction Supervision functions or similar positions.
Experience in building and/or rehabilitation projects of at least €1.5M.
Proficiency in tools such as TCQ, Presto, and AutoCAD.
High level of Catalan, Spanish, and English, both oral and written.
Ability to simultaneously manage different interlocutors and projects.
Organized, proactive, results-oriented profile with strong attention to detail.
Communication skills and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

Previous experience in a construction company is valued.
Experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator is valued.
Experience in Project Management functions is valued.

The role

We are looking for a Technical Architect with experience in Construction Supervision to join a renowned company specializing in building and rehabilitation projects. You will participate in medium and large-scale projects, with a high level of autonomy, direct contact with the client, and professional development possibilities.

Architecture with a solid track record in the building sector.

What you'll do

Direct the execution of building and rehabilitation works.
Supervise the correct material execution of the works on site.
Ensure compliance with the quality standards defined for each project.
Control costs, deadlines, and execution progress.
Review measurements, certifications, and construction budgets.
Coordinate the activity of the technical direction, contractors, industrial agents, and other involved parties.
Perform continuous monitoring of the planning and detect possible deviations.
Resolve technical incidents during the various execution phases.
Verify compliance with current regulations and applicable safety requirements.
Prepare periodic monitoring reports and technical documentation associated with the project.
Participate in meetings with clients and work teams.
Collaborate in Project Management tasks when project needs require it.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management and control processes.
