Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 15 years of academic and/or employment experience performing the functions specific to the degrees required in this offer
- User-level or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) (will be verified during technical assessment)
- Knowledge of state and regional urban planning regulations and legislation (will be verified during technical assessment)
- From 1 year to 15 years of experience in the field of urban planning legislation and/or land management (academic and/or employment experience)
Nice to have
- Accredited complementary training in urban planning matters
- Academic and/or employment experience of at least 6 months in the management and/or processing of administrative files
- User-level or higher proficiency in AutoCAD (will be verified during technical assessment)
- Knowledge of the Coastal Law (will be verified during technical assessment)
- User-level or higher proficiency in ArcGis (will be verified during technical assessment)
Education & certifications
- Possession of an Architecture degree (MECES level 3) or Degree in Architecture (MECES level 3) or Degree + Official Master's in Architecture (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
