• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java application development and architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of microservices architectures with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience in batch processing solutions with Spring Batch, Spring Integration, and Spring Cloud Data Flow.
• Knowledge of data persistence and modeling using Spring JDBC, MapStruct, JSON Schema, and Avro.
• Experience in frontend development with Angular, TypeScript, Angular Elements, and Sass.
• Knowledge of cloud-native platforms and containers, especially OpenShift.
• Experience in observability and monitoring using Grafana, Dynatrace, and EFK environments (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, and Kibana).
• Knowledge of software testing and quality using JUnit, Mockito, Spock, AssertJ, Jacoco, and Kiuwan.

• Valuable experience in BPM platforms and process management, especially PEGA.
• English level is a plus.
