• You possess a degree in Architecture or a Degree in Fundamentals of Architecture + an Official Master's that qualifies you for the regulated profession of Architect (MECES LEVEL 3) (degree recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Valid B driving license

• Training in Cypecad software (at least 60 hours) (structural calculation)
• Experience in drafting projects for buildings for public use, as a drafting and signing technician (evaluated in a technical interview)
• Experience in drafting building projects (evaluated in a technical interview)
• More than 20 hours of training in software for verifying compliance with the CTE DB-HE, such as HULC, CYPETHERM HE Plus (evaluated in a technical interview)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word: medium-high level (evaluated in a technical interview)
