Technical Architect for OCT and Installations (Murcia Region)

• Technical training: Degree or Diploma in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related Engineering.

• Consolidated experience: Solid previous track record in technical building control (OCT), construction management, installations, or building damage risk audits.

• Regulatory mastery: Deep knowledge of the Technical Building Code (CTE) and applicable installation regulations, to act as a guide and problem solver in day-to-day operations.

• Autonomy and mobility: Driving license (B) is essential, along with availability to travel to worksites in the area with total autonomy.

• Key competencies: Global vision, independent decision-making capacity, fluid technical communication, and a resolute profile in the field.

• Project in full growth: You will join a consolidated group in full international expansion, but with a flat, agile structure without bureaucracy, where your decisions have a direct impact.

• Lead Technical Control (OCT) and Installations: You will guarantee maximum structural and technical quality in works and installations in the province of Murcia, identifying risks with independent judgment and offering constructive solutions in the field.
