Nice to have

The role

Are you looking to develop your career in the field of Building Technical Control, participating in top-tier construction projects and learning alongside professionals with extensive experience?

At OCA Global, we want to hire a Technical Architect to reinforce our Technical Control Body (OCT) team in the Balearic Islands.

Your mission will be to participate in the technical analysis and monitoring of building projects, contributing to the identification and control of construction risks during the different phases of the work.

You will work alongside developers, construction companies, project management teams, and technical teams to verify the correct execution of projects and compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards.

You will be part of a team specialized in Building Technical Control, where you will progressively develop your technical judgment through the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector.

What you'll do

• Participate in the technical review of building projects and associated documentation.

• Collaborate in the technical monitoring and control of works, verifying the correct execution of the different construction units.

• Perform on-site inspection visits to identify possible incidents or construction risks.

• Support the preparation of technical reports and OCT documentation.

• Verify compliance with applicable technical regulations, especially the Technical Building Code (CTE).

• Collaborate with project management teams, construction companies, and developers in resolving technical incidents detected during execution.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of internal technical control and quality processes.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 18:00 h.
Fridays, intensive working day from 08:30 to 15:30 h.
Intensive working day in July, August, and the eve of holidays.
Free on December 24th and 31st.
