Support Technician - Subsidy Review and Justification

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • From 1 day to 1 year of experience in the Public Sector (with employment contract and/or academic background)

• Previous experience in processing files financed with European PRTR Funds (with employment contract and/or academic background)
• Previous experience in the review and justification of subsidies (with employment contract and/or academic background)

• You possess a High School Diploma (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I or CFGM, Vocational Training Level II or CFGS (degree officially recognized in Spain) or extensive experience (with an employment contract, academic background, or both) of at least 1 year in your profession (aligned with the offered position) and/or in the functions of the position.
• Complementary training of at least 2,000 hours in the administrative and/or economic area
• Complementary training and/or Courses on Law 39/2015 and/or 40/2015, of at least 25 hours

Support Technician - Review and Justification of Subsidies (Murcia)

• Support in the management of documentation for European Funds subsidy files.
• Recording and updating monitoring information for subsidy files using IT tools (Coffee).
• Support in the preparation of dashboards for monitoring and controlling the execution status of European Funds subsidy files.
• Support in the review and cross-checking of documentation provided during the justification phase of subsidy files.

• OFFERED:
  Fixed-term contract of approximately 4 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  - Full-time: 37.5 h/week
