BIM Technical Architect - Project Drafting and Construction Support (Madrid)

• At least 3 years of experience with an employment contract as a technical architect
• Driving license B (current and valid in Spain)
• From 1 year to 5 years performing functions as a technical architect in the drafting of public building projects developed in BIM (experience with an employment contract within the last 10 years) (This will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 1 year to 5 years performing functions as a technical architect in the drafting of energy efficiency improvement projects for public buildings (experience with an employment contract within the last 10 years) (This will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 1 year to 5 years performing functions as a technical architect in the preparation of high-value budgets for public buildings (budgets of more than €1,000,000) (experience with an employment contract within the last 10 years) (This will be verified during technical assessment)
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience working in/for the Public Administration (experience with an employment contract)

• Complementary training in BIM of at least 25 hours
• Availability for immediate start (less than 7 days)

• Hold a degree in Technical Architecture (MECES level 2) or a Degree in Building Engineering or a Degree in Building or a Degree in Technical Architecture that enables practice in the profession (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 BIM-specialized Technical Architect to provide technical support in project drafting and site support in Madrid.

• Collaborate in the development of basic and execution projects modeled in BIM (Building Information Modeling): preparation of budgets, documentation related to Site Health and Safety, Waste management, Specifications, etc.
