What we're looking for
Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. - At least 5 years of experience with an employment contract in urban planning
- Basic or advanced proficiency in the AutoCADMap tool (to be verified during technical assessment)
- From 6 years to 9 years of experience in jobs related to Urban Planning, specifically in the specialty of Planning and Management (experience with an employment contract) (to be verified during technical assessment)
- From 3 years to 5 years of experience in public bodies and/or entities (experience with an employment contract)
- From 1 year to 3 years of experience in the drafting and/or processing of planning documents, as well as sectoral reports on the same (experience with an employment contract) (to be verified during technical assessment)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the use of GIS and/or BIM tools (to be verified during technical assessment)
Education & certifications
- Hold a degree in Architecture (MECES 3) or a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (MECES 3) or Bachelor's Degree + Official Master's in Architecture (MECES 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
- Complementary training in urban planning

Architect - Urban Planning (Madrid)
Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Architect to provide support in urban planning in the Community of Madrid
What you'll do
- Participate in the land registry and cadastral regularization processes
- Support tasks in the decommissioning of land and rights
- Support tasks in reversion requests and third-party claims
- Support tasks in the monitoring and resolution of current contracts regarding client land
- Support tasks in the transfer of land and rights to CREAMNN (Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte)
- Support tasks in the distribution of mortgage charges
- Support tasks in the coordination of railway projects and urbanization projects
- Support tasks in the replacement of railway facilities on land to be delivered to CREAMNN
- Support tasks in the international design competition for the transformation of the Madrid-Chamartín Station and its urban integration
- Support tasks in the advancement of urbanization works compatible with railway works
- Support tasks in the drafting and processing of urban planning agreements
- Support tasks in participating in Management Commissions and Compensation Boards
- Support tasks in the monitoring and supervision of the drafting and processing of compensation and urbanization projects
- Support tasks in compliance with the contract between DCN (Distrito Castellana Norte) and the EEPP (Public Companies)
- Participate in coordination with other public administrations in the development of MNN (Madrid Nuevo Norte)
How you'll work

- We offer:
- A fixed-term contract not exceeding 9 months, or a replacement contract to temporarily cover 1 Senior Graduate position in the Rural Development and Forestry Policy Management of Tragsatec until the Tasa selection process for its definitive coverage is completed. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person.
