What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. Possess a degree in Bachelor's, Engineering, Architecture or Degree/Diploma + Official Master's (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
At least 2 weeks performing movable and immovable asset inventory functions (academic experience and/or via employment contract)
From 1 year to 5 years of experience in movable and immovable asset inventory (academic experience and/or via employment contract)

Nice to have

Accreditable complementary training in Accounting and/or Finance
Basic or higher level handling of databases (Excel and Access) (will be verified in technical assessment)
Basic or higher level handling of physical and accounting inventory applications (Sorolla2 GDI, SIC3, CANOA) (will be verified in technical assessment)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Bachelor's, Engineer or Diploma / Graduate + Official Master's to provide support in the management of Asset Inventories, in the Community of Madrid

What you'll do

Support in the design and in the supervision and control of automated accounting tasks in the corporate IT platform for financial and expenditure control of the Administration and in the validation of annual accounting statements.
Support in works for the review of movable and immovable asset inventories.
Accounting reconciliation.
Preparation of technical accounting reports.
Handling of files and databases.
Loading of information into the Administration's inventory management application.
Asset valuation.

How you'll work

We offer:

-Fixed-term contract for substitution with an estimated duration of 2 months, depending on the underlying cause.

-Full-time
