Possess the Official Degree in Bachelor's, Engineering, Architecture or Graduate + Official Master's (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
User level or higher proficiency in MS Word (to be verified during technical assessment)
User level or higher proficiency in MS Excel (to be verified during technical assessment)

Nice to have

Accredited training in Microsoft Excel
From 1 year to 5 years of experience reviewing procurement files, preparation of documentary evidence, and handling control requirements (professional and/or academic experience) (will be verified during technical assessment)
From 1 year to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and management of conflicts of interest (professional and/or academic experience) (will be verified during technical assessment)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to incorporate 1 Bachelor's Degree or Engineer or Architect or Graduate + Official Master's to provide support in technical assistance tasks for the centralized technology procurement management in Madrid

What you'll do

Documentary review and verification
Regulatory compliance verification
Detection and monitoring of incidents
Preparation of reports and evidence
Control of contractors and conflicts of interest

How you'll work

We offer:

- Replacement contract to temporarily cover 1 Senior Graduate position in the Management of Management Systems for Public Administrations until the Tasa selection process for its definitive coverage is completed, or a fixed-term contract not exceeding 9 months, if applicable

- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week

- Flexible hours

- Possibility of up to 50% remote work due to energy savings, to be determined by the company.
