- Possess a degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering/Degree + Official Master's in Engineering (MECES level 3) or Technical Engineering/Degree in Engineering (MECES level 2); or Architecture or Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture/Degree + Master's in Architecture (MECES level 3) or Technical Architecture or Degree in Building Engineering or Degree in Building or Degree in Technical Architecture or Degree in Architectural Fundamentals (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
- At least 6 months of experience in the preparation and/or drafting of projects (academic experience and/or via employment contract).
- At least 6 months of technical experience in the execution of works (control, monitoring, and/or preparation of technical documentation) (academic experience and/or via employment contract).
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in budgeting IT tools. (This will be verified during technical assessment).
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in CAD software. (This will be verified during technical assessment).
- Driving license B (valid in Spain and in force).
- From 9 months to 4 years of experience in construction execution control and monitoring (academic experience and/or via employment contract).
- From 9 months to 5 years of experience in the preparation and/or technical redefinition of projects (academic experience and/or via employment contract).
Nice to have
- AutoCAD course.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in project planning and/or team management IT tools. (This will be verified during technical assessment).

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Engineer, Architect, Technical Engineer or Technical Architect to provide support in project drafting and construction supervision in the Community of Madrid.
What you'll do
- Review, analysis, and interpretation of the drafted Projects.
- Preparation, updating, and/or reformatting of project documentation and complementary documentation, during the review phase of the prepared Projects and subsequently during the execution, completion, and handover phase of works.
- Preparation and drafting of Technical Specifications for Tendering in the bidding processes for the purchases necessary for the execution of the works.
- Review, definition, and preparation of documentation and technical solutions for projects and works.
- Technical advice and support to the units responsible for the execution of works.
- Monitoring and site visits, and the preparation of technical reports for them.
