We are looking for a person to join the real estate asset management team, an Engineer with the following duties

Monitor and manage each phase of a project, ensuring optimal compliance in terms of time and quality.

Support the project manager in gathering the necessary information for the process of finding the best location to develop the projects.

Support the project manager in managing and recording contract closings with suppliers.

Support the monitoring and supervision of the design and construction process of different proposals, analyzing the information contained in blueprints and on-site situations to prepare reports for the project manager.

Monitor the execution of the work to ensure its proper completion.

Review and analyze the information contained in the engineering blueprints.

Create and validate the technical requirements for the warehouses.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors during the execution of the project.

Manage and monitor projects by applying the appropriate methodology (Waterfall, Waterfall Light, or Agile).

Manage the necessary documentation for the different projects.

Attend periodic meetings to gather and synthesize information obtained from project suppliers.

Study the feasibility of the different projects by applying the available ratios (NPV, IRR, PAYBACK).

What you'll get

Work location: Madrid, Barajas area

Permanent contract with a 2-month probationary period.

At least 2 years of experience in civil works and building management,

Higher education in architecture, building, civil engineering,

industrial engineering, public works engineering, or similar.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Jira and AutoCAD.

B2 level of English.

Availability to travel nationally.

Knowledge of the transportation and parcel delivery sector, or logistics, is a plus.
