Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in Labor and Social Security Law or Labor Relations.

Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a company and/or a law firm specialized in Labor Law, with proven experience in leading and defending proceedings before the Social Courts.

Providing specialized legal advice on labor matters to the organization, ensuring compliance with labor and Social Security regulations, proper management of legal risk, and effective defense of the company's interests, both in individual and collective labor relations, including direct representation in judicial and administrative proceedings.
Drafting, reviewing, and supervising labor-related documents and legal filings concerning the management of individual and collective labor relations (hiring, modifications, disciplinary actions, terminations, reorganizations, etc.).
Defending the company in labor proceedings before the Social Courts, Superior Courts of Justice, and administrative bodies, with direct court representation, including the preparation of procedural strategy in the pre-administrative, pre-litigation, and judicial phases.
Managing disciplinary and termination files end-to-end, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements, monitoring deadlines, and properly handling documentation with evidentiary value.
Providing legal advice and support in collective bargaining processes, collective disputes, and union relations, collaborating in communications with Workers' Legal Representatives and trade unions.
Preparing, coordinating, and providing legal assistance in proceedings involving the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate, as well as representing the company before public bodies in conciliation, mediation, and other administrative procedures.
Providing ongoing legal counsel and support to business areas and HR Business Partners, resolving operational labor law queries and offering preventive criteria and practical solutions focused on risk management.
Coordinating and monitoring litigation handled by external law firms, ensuring the coherence of the legal strategy and its alignment with the company's interests.
