- From 3 months to 3 years of experience in biosafety in the handling, control, and maintenance of facilities in environments with biological safety control (experience through employment contract and/or academic background)
- From 3 months to 1 year of experience in handling and validation of steam sterilization equipment, biological safety cabinets, gas extraction hoods, management, and monitoring of operations (experience through employment contract and/or academic background) (will be verified during technical assessment)
- From 3 months to 1 year of experience in handling chemical disinfectants and sterilants and disinfection systems (experience through employment contract and/or academic background)
- From 3 months to 1 year of experience in handling absolute filtration systems in biocontained areas and hospital centers (experience through employment contract and/or academic background) (will be verified during technical assessment)
- From 3 months to 1 year of experience in management of toxic, hazardous, and/or harmful waste (experience through employment contract and/or academic background)
- From 6 months to 1 year of experience in Occupational Risk Prevention (experience through employment contract and/or academic background)

The role
Laboratory Technician - Biosafety (Madrid)
What you'll do
- Decontamination of areas and biological validation of decontamination and sterilization processes. Sterilization and disinfection processes.
- Document management and warehouse management.
- Management, transport, and storage of toxic, hazardous, harmful, bio-sanitary (including special bio-sanitary) residues, radioactive residues, and residues assimilable to urban solids generated in biocontainment facilities. Inspection and control of biological waste storage premises. Biological control of solid waste incineration.
- Management of entries and exits of the NCB3 high biological containment zone, samples, animals, materials, etc.
- Review of the Biosafety Control Center. Review of the effluent treatment system. Control of air extraction and filtration systems.
How you'll work
- We offer:
- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 3 months.
- Full-time working day of 37.50h per week.
