Production Coordinator (Cosmetics)

• University degree in Technical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Organization or similar. Training in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is valued.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within fast-moving consumer goods production environments (hygiene, cosmetics, or food), managing shift teams. Experience in the same sector is highly valued.

• Knowledge of HACCP, cosmetic GMP (ISO 22716) and GMPs + Product Defense, as well as proficiency in production ERP and Office at a medium-high level.

• Leadership and team development skills, orientation towards results and continuous improvement

🤝 What will your day-to-day look like if you join the Production team?

• Collaborate in the design of the production plan, control plant operations to guarantee daily execution, and review monitoring indicators, proposing improvements and action plans.

• Monitor quality and environmental regulations, participate actively in the HACCP team, verify manufacturing records, and perform CCP control for perfume addition.

• Control goods movement within the plant, organize raw materials and stored products, supervise inventory and orders, and ensure the supply of the lines.

• Develop and optimize the processes of your area, evaluate and verify new equipment, manage the annual budget, and define area objectives together with the Plant Management.

• Direct, train, and develop the people in your charge, fostering a good working environment and looking after their health and safety.
