Requirements
What we're looking for
- Education: Engineering, Mathematics, or other related fields.
- Minimum English level B2.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D areas as a manager of innovation development calls, ICT projects, or software project development.
- Previous experience in R&D&i project development in an industrial environment.
- Good communication skills and leadership ability.
- Residency near the vacancy location.

This position is assigned to the R&D&i department. The incorporation will be to the R&D&i area as the person responsible for the in-house development and implementation of Research and Development (R&D) and technological innovation (TI) systems.
What you'll do
- Execute the designed innovation strategy, aligned with the project objectives.
- Define scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, planning, and necessary resources for each project.
- Promote idea management, evaluate their feasibility, and filter those that suit the strategy to convert them into concrete projects.
- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring workloads, priorities, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables in each project, through the assignment of tasks and their corresponding evolution.
- Act as the main interlocutor with the client, internal management, partners, and suppliers, maintaining clear, proactive, and solution-oriented communication.
- Supervise project development and project economic management, applying agile/Lean methodologies—when necessary—, managing risks, and monitoring progress and innovation metrics (ROI, impact).
- Generate business plans for innovative products and/or services in the technological field. Focused on value delivery and return on investment. Ability to actively seek market trends, emerging technologies, and valuable external collaborations.
