Real Execution Experience: Solid demonstrable track record executing and leading large-scale enterprise projects.

Main Stack: Expert mastery in Full-Stack development with React and Node.js.

Architectural Design and Standards: Ability to define solution architectures, code quality standards, technical documentation, and integration patterns.

Technical Leadership and Risk Management: Experience taking direct responsibility for architectural decisions, task estimation, release planning, and resolving blockers.

Security and Performance Vision: Practical application of performance optimization, modern web standards, environment configuration, and security implementation.

Languages: Advanced English level (C1) for fluid interaction.

You have experience in direct interaction with clients, providers, and compliance/security (compliance) teams.

You have actively participated in the evaluation and incorporation of new technical profiles into high-performance teams.

You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team.

We are looking for a Project Tech Lead (React + Node) who is passionate about taking technical and architectural ownership (Technical Ownership) of large-scale initiatives and projects. Your mission will be to define the technical direction and architecture of solutions, manage feasibility and risks, ensure code quality, guide the development team, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to guarantee mission-critical deliveries with the highest standards.

Technical Direction and Architecture: Lead solution architecture, service design, and integration patterns using React and Node.js, ensuring security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Early Assessment and Risks: Evaluate technical feasibility, complexity, dependencies, and risks in epics and initiatives from the initial stages.

Technical Debt and Infrastructure Management: Identify, prioritize, and communicate technical debt, as well as participate in updating the stack and technological platforms.

Leadership, Mentoring, and Unblocking: Guide engineers and QA teams daily, resolve technical blockers, perform code reviews (code reviews), and promote knowledge sharing.

Technical Talent Attraction: Support selection and onboarding processes, participating in profile definition, technical assessment, and candidate interviews.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate technical dependencies with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Security and Infrastructure areas, and external providers to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
