Requirements
What we're looking for
- Architect, Technical Architect, or similar, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the detailed functions.

You will join the Projects area as Manager of the contract for Planning and coordination services for commercial projects and works control in spaces dedicated to commercial activities at the Madrid, North Zone, and Canary Islands airports.
What you'll do
Among your functions you will find;
- Management of new concessions for commercial spaces, from the generation of the contract until the premises are enabled for operation.
- Control during the full execution phase of the commercial project cycle.
- Supervision of works.
- Review and validation of the projects presented by the operators.
- Coordination of all agents involved.
