What we're looking for

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Between 3 and 5+ years of experience in digital banking projects, with at least 2-3 years of practical functional experience with Temenos Digital (Retail Online and Mobile Banking).
Solid knowledge of standard Temenos Digital journeys: login and authentication (password, PIN, biometrics, MFA), registration and credential recovery, global account position, movements and statements, transfers and beneficiaries, bill payments, card management, loan payments, secure messaging, configuration, and alerts.
Knowledge of Spotlight (back-office): employee and customer management, roles and permissions, application content management, master data, credential policy, and system configuration.
Knowledge of Temenos Journey Manager (TJM) for customer onboarding: workspace and journey analytics, save and resume, joint account holders, document upload, and application decisions.
Understanding of Temenos Digital architecture (architecture layers, MVC2, micro apps) and its extensibility model in Quantum Visualizer and Fabric (forms, components, services, Experience APIs, pre/post-processors), to review designs and evaluate the impact of customizations on upgradeability.
Experience in fit/gap analysis against the standard Temenos product, using its documentation (doc.temenos.com, docs.kony.com).
Experience working with development teams and external vendors, including UAT coordination.
Knowledge of security and regulations for digital channels (authentication, PSD2/SCA).

Languages

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

The role

We are looking for a Temenos Digital Functional Expert with more than 5 years of experience to join the client team of a leading Spanish financial institution. This person will be the functional reference for the Temenos Digital solution (Online and Mobile Banking, Onboarding, and back-office). Their role will be to translate business needs into clear requirements and supervise the project to ensure that delivery meets Temenos standards and the institution's expectations.

On-site modality in Madrid.
Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00.
