We are looking for someone to join the Planning Department.

• Actively participate in product development, complying with the technical planning of assigned projects, applying the methodology implemented in the company.

• Performance and execution of the work plans set for project progress.

• Carrying out method validation studies (R&R), performing measurement trials, inspection, characterization, and verification of prototypes.

• CAD drawing and creation of technical drawings for the necessary components.

• Prepare design and verification reports, as well as the technical documentation required to comply with medical device legislation (risk analysis, input and output requirements, traceability matrix).

• Analyze competitor products.

• Guarantee the feasibility and technical quality of the solutions proposed by them.

• Coordinate and carry out the commissioning of the production process for the products developed by them. Performance and writing of operating procedures, test methods, and process controls.

• Investigate and develop improvements in the technical characteristics, quality, or costs of products.

• Define the equipment or machinery necessary for the development or future manufacturing of the product, analyzing technical characteristics, cost, and alternatives.

•Define material specifications and initially approve suppliers until the product is transferred to the factory, setting the guidelines for subsequent procurement purchases.

Coordinate production planning, ensuring the correct management of resources, capacity, costs, and inventories to meet the production plan and optimize the customer service level. They will also define and monitor key indicators to support decision-making and the control of results in the Operations area.

From 6 months of experience in an R&D technical department.
