What we're looking for

Basic Requirements
We are looking for professionals with the following essential competencies and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in chemistry, computational chemistry, chemoinformatics, pharmaceutical sciences, bioinformatics, or a related discipline (data analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (preferably Python).
  • Comfort working in a Linux environment (basic command line concepts, script execution).
  • Familiarity with basic chemoinformatics concepts (SMILES, molecular descriptors, fingerprints).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to data quality.
  • Strong communication skills in English

Additional Requirements
If you possess the following characteristics, they will be positively valued:

  • Experience with RDKit, Open Babel, or other similar chemoinformatics libraries.
  • Knowledge of molecular mechanics or docking tools and concepts.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and simple machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, pandas).
  • Experience using Git or other version control systems.
  • Previous internship experience or projects in pharmaceutical or biotechnological research environments.
