Location: Cerro Negro

To be part of the execution of tasks within the Digital Fleet Management department, providing remote support to drivers and train staff of our clients, ensuring compliance with the various contractual KPIs and seeking to improve fleet reliability.

• To be the main interlocutor for Client Fleet Managers during commercial service operation.
• Remote real-time monitoring and analysis of the fleet status (alerts, events, operational data...) using Alstom's diagnostic tool (HealthHub™).
• To notify incidents that may lead to safety issues in the fleet.
• To provide technical support to drivers, train staff, and personnel located at remote stations.
• To coordinate information regarding railway incidents between the client and the depot technical staff.
• To provide technical support to depot staff by analyzing HealthHub logs, events, and incidents to reduce repair time and improve fleet reliability.
• To create different reports (contractual, technical, etc.) to explain incidents for fleet reliability monitoring.
• To update alert information and corrective actions performed on the train in the ERP system and other internal databases.
• To define, together with the Department Director, the expected characteristics for the diagnostic tool in order to improve its performance.
• To supervise the performance of the various adaptations distributed across the client fleet.
• To cooperate in the implementation of new tools to monitor new subsystems.
• Compliance with regulations regarding quality, environment, safety, and health.

• Notify any technical danger to their hierarchical superior according to the procedure defined by the management system.
• Communicate any incident related to railway safety to their superior.
• Carrying out and participating in accident investigations
• Proposing measures to improve safety

Mandatory:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automotive Engineering or similar.
• Vocational Training (CFGM-CFGS) in Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, or similar qualification.

Mandatory:

• At least 1 year of experience in railway maintenance, if holding a degree in electrical, electronic, automotive, or similar engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, if holding a degree in electrical, electronic, automotive, or similar engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in railway maintenance or similar, if holding vocational training (CFGM - CFGS) in mechanics, electrical, electronic, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, if holding vocational training (CFGM-CFGS) in mechanics, electrical, electronic, or similar.
• Experience in correct technical documentation writing and high level in Office package
