About the role

Do you want to start your career in engineering within the pharmaceutical industry and participate in real plant projects from day one? At GSK Aranda we are launching the Engineering Talent Program, lasting one year, aimed at young professionals who want to develop in:

  • Respiratory Operations Engineering
  • Tablet Operations Engineering
  • Facilities Engineering

During this year, you will be part of high-performance teams in operations, participating in initiatives in continuous improvement, digitalization, equipment reliability, process optimization, and investment projects, in a highly regulated environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The program combines hands-on plant experience, participation in cross-functional projects, use of GPS/Lean tools, and support from managers and mentors to accelerate your technical and professional development.
