What we're looking for

Nursing Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Food Handler certificate.

The role

As a Nursing Assistant, you will be a key piece in the well-being of our residents. Your role will be to assist them in their day-to-day, helping them with those tasks they cannot perform themselves, always from a humane and professional approach.

What you'll do

Provide the necessary care to residents, following the care plans established by the healthcare team.
Observe and communicate any change in health status of the resident to the nursing or medical staff.
Record incidents and care provided during your shift.
Supervise and distribute medication for the residents.
Foster a warm and family-like environment, both with the residents and their families.
Help maintain order and hygiene in the residents' personal belongings.
Support post-mortem care, when necessary.
Collaborate with the team in the organization and development of activities for the residents.
Adapt to the needs of the center, collaborating with other professionals to improve the quality of life of the residents.
