• Vocational Training Cycle in Nursing Assistant Care, Vocational Training Cycle in Care for People in a Situation of Dependency, or CP in Socio-sanitary Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions.

• Recommended experience in a similar position.

• Complementary training in the gerontological field, food handling, or similar.

The role

From Grupo Crit, we are selecting a Geriatric Care Assistant - Nursing Assistant to join a leading residential center in Pastrana (Guadalajara), becoming part of a professional, close-knit team oriented towards the care and well-being of elderly people.

We are looking for professionals with a vocation for care, empathy, and commitment, who wish to develop their career in a stable and collaborative environment.

What you'll do

Daily attention and care of residents: hygiene, postural changes, and basic care.
Support in the feeding and hydration of users.
Assistance with movement to therapies and activities.
Support in personal and social autonomy activities.
Collaboration with the care and nursing team.
Organization of residents' rooms and beds.
Administration of oral medication under nursing instruction.
